“Asset Undu Kisset Ijji” is Tulu and English mix proverb which beautifully explains today’s generation’s story. Literal meaning of this proverb is nothing but people have asset in their name but don’t have money in their pocket.
This happens due to lack of financial planning. There are hundreds of people eager to construct house just because others are having. Few more invest their entire money in real estate which has low liquidity. Another mistake committed by people is pouring money into LIC thinking it is an investment tool even though it is a risk management tool. The story continues in a similar fashion.
