Financial Success
Many people fail to understand that difference between you and your financial success is nothing but your own financial behaviour. One who failed miserably or who is going to fail miserably thinks that rich means luxury. Yes of course rich can afford luxury life that does not mean that one who spends on luxury products is rich. I would like to quote a beautiful saying from a book called the millionaire next door. It says driving a fancy car doesn’t mean you are rich or walking does not mean you are poor.
Jeffrey Sachs, who is a famous American economist says living does not cost much but showing off does. I have seen people who takes loan for unnecessary lavish spending which is very dangerous. Please note, I am not asking anyone to become miser but asking you to plan your investment and spending so that you become effective in terms of purchasing power, flexibility, and freedom of choice.
All that one thing we need to change is our mindset. It is very difficult to change our mindset but not as difficult as we think. Simple steps will help us to change our mindset. One simple thing we can do is investing before spending. This will definitely bring a lot of changes in our spending nature and helps us to get financial freedom.
